Insurance

We are now in network the largest providers including Blue Cross Blue Shield with Regence and Premera as well as Aetna, Cigna, FirstChoice Health, Kaiser PPO (First Choice Health) and Medicare. Other insurance companies may cover your treatment and we can check your benefits to see if you qualify for out-of-network treatment.

Most other insurance companies do provide partial or significant reimbursement for the medical and psychological intake, preparation psychotherapy sessions, and post-treatment integration sessions. There are many trials involving ketamine therapy, so it is only a matter of time before all insurance begins to cover these life-changing therapies.

Out-of-network

For out-of-network insurance, we will provide you with the necessary forms (Superbills) to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. Given our extensive history with insurance billing, we will take all necessary steps to help get you the maximum your insurance will reimburse for out-of-network providers. To simplify the reimbursement process, we recommend reimbursify.com to ease the process.
