The Team

Experienced Provider

Mitchell E. Keszler, CRNA, ARNP

Founder / Medical Director

Background and Education

Mitchell is a board certified anesthesia provider, and has safely administered ketamine to over 10,000 patients in his career. He is a member of the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists and Practitioners (ASKP3). He is passionate in helping improve the lives of those suffering with depression, chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety and many others.

While attending anesthesia school, Mitchell became fascinated with studies where ketamine was employed, not only as an anesthetic, but as an adjunct to psychotherapies and chronic pain treatments. The results were astounding and demonstrated effectiveness when other treatments and therapies had failed, however, these therapies weren’t being offered in most regions of the world. He became intent on pursuing these treatments, training at the Ketamine Training Center, where he further specialized in ketamine therapy. Being an expert in the field of anesthesiology, Mitchell ensures patients receive these medications with the utmost standards of safety. Mitchell is excited to be able to offer these treatments in his home region of the Pacific Northwest.

Mitchell completed his undergraduate studies at Washington State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduation, he began his professional career in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit at the University of Washington, in Seattle. He went on to attend anesthesia school at the University of Scranton, in Pennsylvania, where he received a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesiology, graduating with honors. After graduate school, he pursued his anesthesia career in a high-acuity trauma hospital in Spokane, Washington. Since then, he has specialized in anesthesia for outpatient surgery, dentistry, and ketamine therapy throughout the Pacific Northwest.

When he’s not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their teenage son and daughter. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and anything else involving outdoor activities in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Hayley Keszler

Chief-Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Facilitator

As the co-owner, COO, and Chief Facilitator of services at our clinic, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to the table. With a deep-rooted belief in the power of the use of psychedelics in mental health, I have dedicated myself to creating a space where individuals are able to seek breakthroughs and healing through psychedelic medicine.

Having personally witnessed the transformative potential of psychedelic therapy, I am driven by a fervent dedication to helping others experience the profound benefits it offers. My advocacy for the use of psychedelics in mental health stems from a genuine desire to empower individuals on their healing journeys.

While my previous role as a stay-at-home-mom might seem unrelated, it has actually laid the perfect foundation for my current role. The 20 years I spent nurturing and caring for my family have helped hone my skills in kindness, compassion, patience and understanding. These qualities are essential in creating a safe and welcoming environment for individuals seeking healing through psychedelic medicine.

In my capacity as the Chief Facilitator, I am committed to guiding and supporting our patients throughout their treatment journey. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges they may face, I strive to provide a nurturing and empathetic space where they can feel heard, validated and empowered.

I am excited to be a part of this incredible healing tool and to contribute to the transformative work we do here at Quest Ketamine Therapies. Together we can help Individuals unlock their inner potential and embark on a path of healing and growth.

Specialties

Katrin Welch, LMHCA

Counselor, LMHCA

I specialize in working with those who yearn for deeper connection in their lives, care about their collective impact, and desire a life full of confidence and joy. Many of my clients have been called too sensitive, are deep feelers, experience chronic issues, and have struggled to find effective ways of breaking these cycles to step into the wellness they desire. We heal though relationship, which is why quality therapy can be life changing. We will leverage the therapeutic relationship and co-create an empowering space to release symptoms and patterns that no longer serve in order to cultivate your true and fulfilled self.

My approach is present, relational, science informed, yet intuitive. I compassionately hold space while also being active and directive. Some of the modalities I utilize Include Somatics, Pain Reprocessing, Trauma informed and Transpersonal. Together we will move towards thriving and feeling connected to your self and purpose, not just symptom reduction.

It is hard to live in this world right now, especially if you are sensitive, empathic, and/or spiritually driven. It’s not your fault. Your focus on your own healing helps heal the whole and is part of the liberation from systemic oppression. It’s not selfish! And you do NOT have to do it alone. Let’s walk this path of healing and liberation together!
